1. Diners Club Web Site

You may promote your establishment  to over eight million Diners Club Cardholders worldwide including  our cardholders in Egypt via the Diners Club web site. Offers can be in the form of substantial discounts or special deals which will be featured on the exclusive offers page of the website .

In exchange for the applicable cost, Diners Club can offer prime space on its web Site. Only a limited number of establishments can be featured on the web hence inclusion is dependent on provision of an exclusive cardholder offer and the volume of business done by the merchant.

2. Intranet and communication  through Online Service facilities

Cardmembers  who have signed up to receive email news on offers with the Diners Club Online services are sent by email  periodic advises of any special offers provided by merchants .

 3. Cardholder Statement Inserts and Statement Advises

One of the most effective ways to communicate with our customers is through our inserts which are mailed with Cardholder statements. Inserts are prepared periodically reflecting all special promotions that are offered by merchants to cardholders

4. Rewards joint promotions

Accolades, a programme that has been launched rewards Diners Club cardmembers with Club points for every spend on their card . Accumulated Club points convert to free flights, seat upgrades, free accommodation and other benefits with our partners.

The significant increase in spend seen after the launch of Accolades made us certain that cardholders will take advantage of any  promotion that gives them more Club points.

Merchants agree to provide a certain discount on their products which is translated to points and awarded to cardmembers by Diners Club. A 1% discount hence works out to double points and a 20 % discount to 20 times more points.

The programme is running successfully in Qatar with most of the participating merchants having achieved upto 50% increase in spend.
